2. Het aanpakken van infecties veroorzaakt door medicijn-resistente bacteriën zoals Methicilline-Resistente Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) en Vancomycine-Resistente Staphylococcus Aureus (VRSA) – het is momenteel het enige cefalosporine-antibioticum dat effectief is tegen deze resistente stammen.
